Its mechanical top-drive power head supports mud rotary drilling in soil and pneumatic DTH hammer drilling in hard rock. In gravel, pebble, or unstable formations, casing-following tools can be used to improve hole formation. The five-speed transmission and dual-pump hydraulic circuit balance drilling efficiency with lower auxiliary power loss.
